In 1980s South Korea, A Hundred Memories introduces Ko Yeong Rye, a diligent bus conductor who bravely overcomes motion sickness to support her family. Her life takes an exciting turn with the arrival of Seo Jong Hui, a young woman with a remarkably loud voice who also joins the Cheong A Transportation team as a bus conductor. Yeong Rye and Jong Hui quickly forge a strong, heartwarming friendship.

Their bond faces its first real test when Han Jae Pil, an aspiring boxer from a troubled yet wealthy family, dramatically enters their lives by helping them stop a fare evader. Yeong Rye soon develops a deep crush on Jae Pil, but complications arise as Jae Pil appears to harbor feelings for Jong Hui. This budding love triangle strains the close friendship between the two women. Can Yeong Rye and Jong Hui navigate these conflicting romantic pursuits and find a way to preserve their precious friendship amidst the challenges of love and loyalty?
