"You are My Heartbeat" follows Sira, a hardworking businessman who detests dirt and lies. He finds his world complicated by Keetika, a tricky designer with a difficult past. Keetika's mother left her father for Papop, an owner of a large garment company, causing continuous friction between Keetika and Papop’s daughter, Chanaratee.

Sira, adopted by Premyuda, is committed to getting Sasa, a real troublemaker, back on track for Premyuda. To achieve this, Sira asks Keetika, Sasa’s ex-partner, to work alongside him, hoping her presence will encourage Sasa to return to the company.
