Yami No Bansosha is a gripping mystery drama that begins one year after the death of manga master Fumiya Ajima. When fifty unpublished sketches are suddenly discovered, they cause immediate shock. Although the drawings appear to be the work of Fumiya Ajima, they depict precise details from several missing women cases that occurred thirty-five years earlier. Fumiya Ajimas wife, Kyoko Maya, asks Department Head Yukihide Ozawa Jun Kaname to discover if the sketches are truly her late husbands work. To find answers, ex-police officer Yuki Mizuno Nao Matsushita receives a request to investigate the origins of the fifty sketches.
