Description:

Xmas no Kiseki is a heartwarming romance drama that begins when record company employee Nao hears a beautiful, tear-inducing piano melody. This fated encounter leads her to music director Hiroshi. The two fall deeply in love and establish their own record company, eventually signing the very pianist who brought them together. With plans to marry if the upcoming Christmas concert is a success, their future looks bright. However, tragedy strikes when Hiroshi gets into a devastating car accident on his way to the venue. Left unconscious in the hospital, his fate seems sealed. Meanwhile, a twenty-year-old patient in the same hospital miraculously wakes from his own coma. Unbeknownst to everyone, Hiroshi's soul has entered the young man's body. Driven by his love for Nao, he returns to her home in his new form, desperately trying to resume their romance and prove that love can transcend life and death in this miraculous tale of destiny.
