"Who Is the Murderer" delves into a chilling cold case originating in 2000, when rookie policeman Leng Xiao Bing confronted a serial murderer in a Haizhou City printing factory apartment. His hesitation to shoot resulted in the tragic death of his senior, Li Lan, while a young orphan, Xia Mu, witnessed the horror from a nearby attic. Seventeen years later, Xia Mu, now an investigator, joins the major crime unit, driven to solve his teacher's murder and other related cases.
