Description:

Uketsuke no Jo introduces Jo Takumi, an advertising salesman who, despite appearing confident, works tirelessly to meet the expectations of those around him. After three years, his seemingly bold plan to digitize the company's reception desk is surprisingly approved. This outcome puts Jo in the difficult position of overseeing the subsequent layoffs of the reception team. Faced with strong opposition from the affected staff, Jo decides to immerse himself in their daily work to understand their roles better. Through this hands-on experience, he gains a profound appreciation for their dedication and the true value of their contributions, which begins to change his perspective on the necessity of the layoffs. Simultaneously, Jo finds himself developing feelings for a female employee within the same company, with whom he started around the same time.
