TVB K9 Cop is an engaging drama centering on Lai Yattsau (Bosco Wong), a reckless CID officer raising his three younger sisters: kind school superintendent Sukchu, money-hungry Suksi, and lazy Sukfan. Known for his chaotic policing alongside partner Fai Chunglim (Raymond Wong), Yattsau's life takes a turn during a dangerous drug bust. While investigating, Yattsau is bitten by a guard dog named Bahda and meets Ma Chiho (Linda Chung), a blunt veterinarian. Chiho cares more about Bahda than Yattsau's injuries, instantly making them enemies.

Chiho, who is estranged from her mother Madam Chung (Yattsau’s new supervisor) and disliked by her brother Chichung, discovers Bahda has an incredible talent for sniffing out illegal drugs. To save Bahda from being euthanized, Chiho recommends him for police dog training. Consequently, Madam Chung forces Yattsau to transfer to the Police Dog Unit to learn discipline. This thrilling series beautifully combines family drama, comedy, and action as Yattsau and Chiho are forced to work together with their canine companions.
