Tomorrow's Dining Table presents the poignant story of three mothers, each navigating the joys and challenges of raising a 10-year-old son named Yu. Rumiko, a 43-year-old freelance writer, balances her work with her family life alongside her husband. Kana, a 30-year-old single mother, diligently works various part-time jobs to support her son after her divorce. Meanwhile, Asumi, a 36-year-old housewife, dedicates herself to her family with her husband and son.

Initially, these three women are content and bustling with their motherly duties. However, a series of seemingly minor incidents begins to unravel the fabric of their daily existence, pushing their lives towards unforeseen crises. As personal pressures mount and their worlds start to fall apart, their escalating anger and profound anxiety subtly, yet profoundly, redirect towards their young sons. This film explores the raw realities of motherhood and the hidden emotional burdens that can dramatically transform family dynamics.
