Description:

Tokyo Seimenjo, a bustling udon franchise celebrated for its quick, cheap, and delicious meals, faces a significant challenge. With its long-serving manager on maternity leave for two months and a reliable staff member having just quit, the remaining four staff members are increasingly uneasy about the restaurant's future. Into this strained atmosphere steps Akamatsu Kotaro, a 27-year-old new manager from the parent hotel company.

Kotaro confidently assures the team he understands restaurant operations, but his actions quickly reveal otherwise. He runs the fast-paced udon shop with an overly polite, formal hotel demeanor, appearing visibly nervous and out of his element. His struggle to adapt to Tokyo Seimenjo's down-to-earth environment not only creates awkward situations but also leaves the veteran staff members feeling embarrassed and frustrated as they try to maintain their beloved restaurant's reputation.
