"To Me, It's Simply you" follows Kiew, an Esan villager working in the bustling city of Bangkok. After experiencing a devastating breakup that leaves him heartbroken, Kiew decides to leave the city and return to the tranquility of his home Esan Village. Upon his arrival, Kiew plans to sell his grandmother's land, a decision that immediately puts him at odds with Chompoo. Chompoo works on this very land, leading to constant clashes and arguments between them. Their initial interactions are marked by conflict as they struggle to find common ground. However, as time passes and they are forced to interact within the close-knit village setting, Kiew slowly begins to see past their disagreements and recognize Chompoo's true sincerity and genuine spirit.
