In the gripping crime drama The Wolves, Seiji Iwahashi, a loyal member of the Enokiya gang, is released early from a ten-year prison sentence. He originally went to prison for killing the boss of the rival Kannongumi syndicate. However, upon his return, Iwahashi is shocked to find his gang and Kannongumi finalizing a massive merger. This uneasy alliance is secretly orchestrated by a manipulative politician with a hidden agenda. Despite being passed over as the new boss, Iwahashi tries his best to accept the new changes and remain supportive of the union. But as he settles in, a dark pattern of deep-rooted corruption and targeted assassinations begins to surface. Realizing that the brotherhood he once bled for is being destroyed from within by greed and betrayal, Iwahashi can no longer sit back. He must take a stand to stop the violence, setting off a dangerous chain of events in this intense story of loyalty and revenge.
