Description:

A Place in the Sun centers on Kim Yoo Wol, an orphaned young man raised by foster parents who tirelessly worked his way through life, ultimately achieving success by passing his CPA exam. He cherishes a happy existence alongside his girlfriend, Yoon Shi Wol. However, a sudden near-death experience fundamentally alters his perspective and future. Deciding to start anew, he assumes the alias Oh Tae Yang, effectively disappearing from his past life and leading Yoon Shi Wol to believe he is deceased.

Concurrently, Yoon Shi Wol grapples with immense heartbreak and difficulty, convinced of her boyfriend's death. Seeking stability, she begins working at the powerful conglomerate, Yangji Group. There, fate intervenes as she unexpectedly encounters Oh Tae Yang, unaware that this new colleague is the very man she mourns, setting the stage for a complex and emotional reunion.
