Description:

The Rookies throws an unsuspecting extreme sports enthusiast, Zhao Feng, into a world of international espionage. After witnessing a dark deal by a powerful crime syndicate, Zhao Feng is inadvertently pulled into a dangerous smuggling case that takes him all the way to Europe. There, he encounters Agent Bruce, who mistakenly believes him to be part of a notorious triad.

Against his will, Zhao Feng is forced to accompany Agent Bruce to Budapest, Hungary, on a critical assignment. They soon form an unlikely team with the blundering cop Miao Yan, the brilliant civilian scientist Ding Shan, and the skilled doctor named LV. These four aspiring agents, under Agent Bruce's leadership, must quickly adapt and combine their unique talents to confront and combat a looming threat of international terrorism, becoming accidental heroes in the process.
