The J-horror film The Crone delivers a chilling supernatural tale centered on Jersey Girl, a popular idol group. The story begins when three members of Jersey Girl visit an abandoned, ruined nursing home as reporters for a television program. Inside the decaying facility, they encounter a terrifying old person moving with unnatural, supernatural speed. Following this disturbing event, the girls are plagued by increasingly mysterious and unsettling situations. Ayane, a member of Jersey Girl, sustains a minor injury on her face during the visit, but the wound strangely refuses to heal. As her condition deteriorates, the manager of Jersey Girl forces Ayane to leave the group to protect their image. However, removing Ayane does not stop the terror. Soon, the manager and everyone around them begin to experience horrific cursed phenomena. The Crone explores an inescapable curse that spreads from the ruins, threatening to destroy everyone in its path.
