Description:

In The Chaser movie, ex-detective turned pimp Jeong Ho is furious when his girls keep disappearing without clearing their debts. When he sends Mi Jin to a new customer, he realizes the caller's phone number matches the one from previous disappearances. Sensing danger, Jeong Ho searches for her and accidentally dents a car in an alley. Spotting blood on the driver Young Min's shirt, Jeong Ho suspects him and gives chase, finally catching him. However, because Jeong Ho pretended to be a cop, both are taken to the police station. There, Young Min bluntly confesses to killing the missing women but suggests Mi Jin might still be alive. As the obsessed police force focuses only on finding corpses, Jeong Ho is the only one who believes she is alive. With just 12 hours left to detain the serial killer without a warrant, Jeong Ho begins a desperate, high-stakes hunt to save Mi Jin before time runs out.
