Tamagawa Kuyakusho Of The Dead presents a unique comedy horror world where a zombie outbreak that started sixteen years ago in western Mexico has become a mundane part of everyday life. This department is notorious for housing defective staff members transferred from other divisions. Among them is Akaba Shinsuke, an unmotivated twenty-five-year-old leading a highly uninspiring life. Shinsuke has never had a girlfriend and possesses zero drive for his job. However, his dull routine is completely disrupted when a new rookie joins the team.
