Description:

A Tale of Ylang Ylang introduces Sroisabunnga, an aristocratic woman groomed for ambition and pride, determined to reclaim her family's former glory after war left them destitute. Following profound personal tragedies, she is taken into a royal palace. There, she meets Prince Aiyares, her ideal partner, whom she resolves to marry, guided by her father’s teaching to always choose what is best. Yet, her journey also leads her to Tian, an honest mill owner who falls deeply in love with her. Though her heart is drawn to Tian, Sroisabunnga feels compelled by her inherited ambition and a promise to her father, preventing her from choosing a life outside royal aspirations. Tian, hopelessly devoted, suffers repeatedly as he watches the woman he loves pursue a destiny without him. This film explores the powerful conflict between love, ambition, and societal expectations.
