Description:

In "Short Vacation," four first-grade middle school students, all members of a photography club, receive an intriguing summer assignment. Before their break, their teacher hands each student an old-fashioned analogue camera with a cryptic task: photograph "the end of the world." Grappling with this profound and ambiguous topic, the friends, each holding different opinions on what the end of the world truly means, decide on a unique approach. They board a subway, heading to Sinchang Station, the final stop on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, declaring it their personal "end of the world." During their journey, rain showers lead them to doze off. Upon waking, these young photographers find themselves unexpectedly drawn into a peculiar, unfamiliar world, transforming their simple summer assignment into an extraordinary and mysterious adventure.
