Salut dAmour is a warm heartfelt movie that beautifully explores the romantic relationship between an elderly couple, Sung Chil and Geum Nim. Sung Chil, an ill-tempered and stubborn employee working at a store owned by Jang Soo, lives a rigid life until he meets Geum Nim, a charming flower shop owner. After meeting her, Sung Chil begins to show remarkable changes for the better, softening his grumpy exterior as he opens his heart to affection. However, their path to happiness is far from smooth. Numerous challenges await them on this long road of love. One of the biggest obstacles they face is Geum Nims daughter, Min Jung, who expresses deep disapproval of their relationship. This emotional film captures the struggles and sweetness of senior romance, showing that true love can bloom at any age despite family objections and personal hardships.
