Description:

"Saigo no Yakusoku" throws ordinary lives into a terrifying hostage crisis. Janitors Mashiko and Ohno are driving to Energy Bio Corporation, unaware of the impending danger. Motorcycle courier Nozomu Gotō delivers a package to Yuriko Niimi, the president's daughter, just as Fuyuko Todoroki meets insurance salesman Yukio Tomizawa. Coffee shop employee Akira Tanada serves Fuyuko, setting a seemingly peaceful scene.

This calm is shattered at 3:00 p.m. when a disguised man announces a building hijack and a bomb set to explode in ninety minutes if President Niimi fails to deliver a ransom. Fuyuko and Tomizawa are among the hostages locked on the fifth floor. Yuriko Niimi flees, with Gotō hot on her trail. Meanwhile, Akira Tanada, hiding, becomes a crucial contact for the authorities, relaying information from inside the building as a race against the ticking clock begins.
