Description:

Ryuzo and the Seven Henchmen is an entertaining film about aging gangsters trying to navigate modern life. The story follows Ryuzo, a retired yakuza boss who now lives a quiet existence as a regular old man. However, his peaceful retirement is turned upside down when he becomes the victim of a clever phishing fraud. Refusing to take this insult lying down, Ryuzo decides it is time to take action. He contacts his seven former henchmen, who are also retired and living ordinary lives. Together, they reform their old society to seek justice and teach the modern scammers a lesson. This leads to a funny and action-packed adventure as the elderly group uses their old-school yakuza ways to confront a new generation of criminals. While they may be old, Ryuzo and his loyal henchmen prove they still have plenty of fight left in them.
