Rompis tells the story of Roman, a high school graduate who continues his education in the Netherlands alongside his friend, Sam. This new journey unfortunately forces Roman into a long-distance relationship with his beloved girlfriend, Wulan. Despite the geographical separation, their romance initially blossoms and seems strong. However, their steadfast connection is soon put to the test. While adjusting to his new life abroad, Roman forms a close bond with Meira, a fellow student who quickly becomes his new best friend in the Netherlands. As their friendship deepens, Meira's growing presence inevitably starts to sow seeds of doubt and disturbance in Roman and Wulan's relationship, challenging their commitment and the very foundation of their long-distance love.
