Description:

Manami grew up admiring her father Takuma's scarlet boxing shoes, a dream tragically cut short by her parents' accident before his championship bout. Years later, a single mother to Emi after her husband's long illness, Manami returns to the ring, hoping to emulate her father. However, her comeback is disastrous, leading to humiliation and rapid descent into poverty. Unable to feed Emi, she loses every job and her mother-in-law gains custody of her beloved daughter. Overwhelmed by grief and anger, hitting rock bottom, Manami finds herself adrift. A turning point emerges when her coach discovers her in the Fukuoka Red Light district, promising to forge her into a champion. This newfound opportunity is Manami's last fight, a desperate bid to reclaim her dignity, her passion, and most importantly, to reconnect with Emi.
