Description:

R2B: Return to Base is a gripping action drama about Tae Hoon, a talented South Korean elite Air Force pilot. After a reckless stunt during an air show, he is demoted to a combat unit flying F15K fighter jets. There, his free-spirited attitude immediately clashes with Cheol Hui, the strict, rule-abiding top gun of the squad. As Tae Hoon struggles to adapt, he bonds with his new teammates and falls in love with Se Yeong. However, the rivalry is put to the test when a reconnaissance mission ends in tragedy, leaving a teammate dead and another missing. When an unidentified combat plane invades their airspace, the threat of war becomes real. Tae Hoon and Cheol Hui must put aside their differences and lead their squad on a high-stakes mission to save their missing comrade and stop an impending war.
