Produce 101 S2 is an exciting survival show that brings together 101 ambitious trainees from various entertainment companies in South Korea. Through continuous audience voting, only the top 11 trainees will be selected to form a brand-new male idol group. This winning boy band will perform together for a period of two years under YMC Entertainment, which is also the well-known label of I.O.I from the original Produce 101. Along this intense journey, the top 35 contestants will also get the incredible opportunity to perform alongside the winning team at a special finale concert. Once their official contract comes to an end, the winning group will disband. This allows the individual members of the final lineup to return to their original entertainment agencies to continue their careers.
