Perfect World (Pafekuto Warudo) follows architect Ayukawa Itsuki, a former high school basketball ace who became paralyzed from the waist down due to a university accident. Confined to a wheelchair, Itsuki decided to abandon both basketball and love. Fate intervenes when he reunites with Kawana Tsugumi, his high school classmate and first love, at a work-related social event.
