"Payak Rai Sai Lub" follows Ken Anothai, a rising ad creator, whose life is upended by a mysterious sleep condition that unleashes two distinct personalities: Uza, a glamorous drag queen, and King Crow, an underground fighter. As a shadowy group begins hunting him, Ken's current reality collides with his forgotten past as Captain Ken Anothai, an undercover cop. He's suffering from amnesia, a consequence of a dangerous mission involving a critical microchip and a relentless pursuit by the villainous Thongrob.

Unaware of where he hid the microchip, Ken becomes Thongrob's prime target. He soon discovers that his fiancée Pink, and best friend Putt, along with others, are actually undercover agents also searching for the device. Even Susie, initially a mole for Thongrob, is brought into their fragile alliance. As they race to retrieve the microchip and stop Thongrob, betrayal lurks within their ranks, especially when Pink is framed as a traitor, leading to distrust and conflict.
