In the hit romance movie Our Times, Lin Zhen Xin is an ordinary office worker who feels defeated after being ridiculed by her subordinates. Seeking comfort, she listens to an old Andy Lau cassette song, which triggers fond memories of her high school days. Back then, she was just an average student harboring a massive crush on the school's most popular boy, Ouyang Fei Fan. Her life takes a chaotic turn when she receives a cursed chain letter. Naively, she forwards the letter to three people, including Tao Min Min and the school's notorious gangster boss, Hsu Tai Yu. When Hsu Tai Yu gets hit by a car while reading the letter, he vows to find the sender. Once he tracks down Lin Zhen Xin, the angry gangster forces her to become his personal errand girl. In exchange, he promises to leave Ouyang Fei Fan alone, sparking an unexpected friendship that redefines her high school experience.
