The movie One Step follows the emotional journey of Shi Hyun, a part-time convenience store worker whose life changes forever after a devastating car accident. Surviving the crash with complete amnesia, she discovers she has developed synesthesia, a rare colored hearing syndrome that allows her to see sounds as vivid colors. Haunted by a beautiful, mysterious melody that only appears in her dreams, Shi Hyun is desperate to find its origin and reclaim her past. To help her on this quest, she partners with an internet broadcasting producer. Together, they embark on a scenic road trip to recreate the elusive tune.
