No One Lies follows the dramatic unraveling of Lo Man Nai, a highly successful direct marketing founder. Lo built his health product empire by expertly leveraging superb lying skills, motivating staff and attracting customers through their innate desires for power and money. His life takes a drastic turn during an annual general meeting when he is afflicted by a peculiar disease, rendering him incapable of telling anything but the absolute truth.

Forced into brutal honesty, Lo exposes his company’s products and sales tactics as complete fabrications. This confession leads to his conviction for commercial fraud. On a personal level, he admits to his wife about a long-term affair, resulting in his family abandoning him entirely. Facing absolute ruin and deep despair, Lo attempts suicide. He is, however, unexpectedly saved by a fellow inmate – a powerful gangster boss – setting the stage for an unforeseen new path.
