Description:

He establishes the Japan Future Promotion Conference, enlisting bright young bureaucrats like Keishi Amami from the Ministry of the Environment and Koichi Tokiwa. This initiative aims to secure Japan's future, but their efforts are soon challenged. An article by Yusuke Tadokoro warning of the Kanto region sinking into the sea ignites widespread protests. Amami attempts to mediate, yet Tadokoro remains firm, predicting the Izu Peninsula's collapse as a precursor to the larger disaster. Amidst this, a reporter suggests potential corruption involving a company and the Ministry of Environment. Feeling overwhelmed, Amami seeks solace scuba diving with Tokiwa, where they encounter a shocking event that could confirm the dire predictions and threaten Japan's very existence.
