The supernatural romance drama Nakee tells the story of Kumkaew, a beautiful girl from Baan Dorn Mai with a mysterious birth and secret supernatural powers. Tossapol, an archaeology student, becomes enchanted by the statue of the Nagee goddess. When he meets Kumkaew, he falls deeply in love and abandons everything to be with her. However, their love faces dangerous obstacles. Mor Auam, Yaem, village headman Boonsong, Kor Muengin, and the jealous Lumjiag witness Nagee's power and try to destroy her. Driven by ancient anger and retribution, a battle of human malice and magic begins. Kumkaew struggles with a terrifying curse, possessing three bodies: an ordinary beautiful girl, an elegant snake queen, and an ugly snake ghost. As she tries to break the curse, enemies hunt her down, forcing her to separate from Tossapol, the man who loves her unconditionally regardless of her true identity.
