Ten years after living as the beloved pet cat of physicist Garfield Sit Ding Kap and police officer Cat Chiu Yiu, she returns to Earth in human form to save her former owners' failing marriage. Adopted by kind chiropractor Ko Kwai, Miu Miu Miu secures a job at Garfield's research company. Using her advanced alien knowledge, she quickly becomes a top researcher. However, her sharp cat-like senses lead her to uncover a sinister plot against Garfield by company executives Hill Ko Tin Shan and Natasa Nam Ta Sha. As Miu Miu Miu strives to protect Garfield, she unexpectedly falls in love with him, sparking jealousy in his wife, Cat Chiu. To complicate matters, another mysterious visitor from Planet Meow arrives on Earth, threatening to expose her secret identity and disrupt her mission to save the family she loves.
