Description:

The captivating drama Mussaya follows the life of Massaya, a free-spirited and boyish young woman. Years ago, her father, the adoptive son of the wealthy Rattanamahasarn family, was banished alongside his wife for marrying a supposedly low-class Malay woman. After her parents pass away early, Massaya is raised by her maternal grandfather. Feeling guilty about the past, the head of the Rattanamahasarn family, who is Massaya’s grandmother, orders her grandson Lak to bring Massaya back. However, returning to the family proves difficult. Massaya feels like an outcast, suffocated by overbearing rules and strict etiquette. To make matters worse, she constantly faces cruel bullying from her cousins and their mother, who look down on her. Amidst the hostility of her new environment, Lak is the only person who offers comfort, leading to a deep connection between them as she navigates this challenging new life.
