Description:

Midnight Runners follows Ki Joon and Hee Yeol, two new students at the Korean National Police University. Although they are not the best students in their class, they are sincere and passionate when it truly matters. One evening, they decide to go out to enjoy some free time. However, towards the end of their night, they unexpectedly witness a young woman being kidnapped. Driven by their duty, Ki Joon and Hee Yeol immediately try to get the police involved, but their efforts are blocked by cold apathy and frustrating bureaucracy. Realizing that the system will not help, the two determined police cadets decide to take matters into their own hands. With time running out, they launch their own dangerous rescue mission to track down the criminals and save the young womans life before its too late.
