Description:

Miao Miao is a touching youth drama about friendship, first love, and self-discovery. Ai is a mischievous eighteen-year-old who loves baking, though her cakes always turn out disastrous. Her life changes when she meets Miao Miao, a shy exchange student from Japan who happens to be a master chef. As Miao Miao teaches Ai how to bake and Ai introduces her to Taipei, the two girls form an inseparable bond. While Ai dreams of rebellion and freedom, Miao Miao is determined to find her first love. Her quest leads her to a secondhand CD shop owned by the moody Chen Fei, who hates music. As Miao Miao tries to uncover his past, Ai suddenly realizes her feelings for Miao Miao go much deeper than friendship. This bittersweet coming-of-age story beautifully captures the warmth of a fleeting summer and the emotional journey of learning what it truly means to love.
