In the poignant romance movie Lover's Concerto, JiHwan, played by Cha TaeHyun, begins receiving mysterious letters containing black-and-white photos of playing children. These photos trigger memories of five years ago when JiHwan met two girls, SooIn, played by Son YeJin, and GyungHee, played by Lee EunJi. JiHwan fell in love with SooIn at first sight, but after a polite rejection, he proposed they all become friends. The trio formed an inseparable bond, sharing the most precious moments of their lives. However, as the lines between love and friendship blurred, SooIn and GyungHee suddenly disappeared without a trace. Driven by the unexpected letters, JiHwan embarks on an anxious journey to find his long-lost friends.
