"Litter to Glitter" chronicles the inspiring journey of three college roommates determined to turn their cinematic dreams into reality. Fang Tian Yi, the inn owner with a burning passion for movies, joins forces with little-known actor Hu Yan Zu and quirky freelance screenwriter Yuan Zhi Jie. Their innovative strategy involves opening an inn adjacent to a bustling film set, not only to generate funds for their own film but also to gain practical experience by working for professional crews.

However, the road to achieving their grand vision proves challenging. Both the day-to-day operations of the inn and their ambitious filmmaking endeavors are met with significant obstacles. Complicating matters further, other residents of the inn, including Ye Xiao Xi, Fang Tian Zi, and Lin An Qi, are also grappling with their personal struggles in pursuit of their own unique dreams. This compelling narrative explores the resilience, teamwork, and unwavering spirit required to navigate hardship and transform modest aspirations into shining achievements.
