"Like You Know It All" introduces Goo, a distinguished arthouse filmmaker consistently lauded by critics despite his lack of commercial success. His journey begins as he arrives in Jecheon to serve as a juror at a local film festival. Navigating the typical juror routine of networking, drinking, and sometimes sleeping through screenings, Goo unexpectedly reconnects with an old friend, Boo Sangyong. Their boisterous reunion culminates in a drunken Goo inadvertently insulting his friend's wife.

Seeking a change of scenery and perhaps a fresh start, Goo then travels to Jeju Island to deliver a college lecture. There, fate presents another twist as he encounters a former mentor. To Goo's surprise and potential discomfort, his mentor has married the very woman Goo once held an unrequited love for.
