In 2014, as the national poverty alleviation campaign ignites, Sun Tonghua spearheads the village's fight against hardship. Years of relentless dedication not only lift every villager out of poverty but also establish a local musical instrument factory as a celebrated enterprise. The film culminates in a powerful performance by her daughter-in-law, celebrating the village's extraordinary triumph in the revered Great Hall of the People.
