Description:

On the first day of her summer vacation, cool fifth-grader Haru, played by Toyoshima Hana, experiences an unexpected adventure when she is kidnapped. The culprit is her free-spirited, unemployed father, Takashi, played by Tsumabuki Satoshi, who disappeared from home two months ago. While her dependable mother, Kyoko, played by Kinami Haruka, has given up on him, Haru gets excited about this strange kidnapping. Takashi holds Haru hostage to make a bargain with her mother, taking his daughter on a thrilling journey through the sea, mountains, and various scenic places. Along the way, Haru learns about her parents' past romance and even meets his ex-girlfriend, Norichan, played by Mitsushima Hikari. Through this unusual summer road trip, Haru discovers a completely new side of her father.
