Emin, a young man from Myanmar with a deep love for Japanese comics, arrives in Japan determined to become a manga artist. He quickly discovers the challenge of finding affordable housing on a limited budget amidst Japan's sky-high rent prices. Believing he's found an incredible stroke of luck, Emin makes a prompt decision to rent a super discounted property. However, his new apartment comes with a significant, supernatural catch: it's already occupied by a fair-skinned, black-haired ghostly inhabitant. With no other viable options, Emin reluctantly begins an unavoidable cohabitation with the spectral resident.
