Ishi no Mayu is a gripping crime thriller following Toko Kisaragi, played by Fumino Kimura, a detective who recently transferred to the 11 Section of the 1st Investigation Division at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Following in the footsteps of her detective father, Toko is immediately thrust into a chilling case when a cemented body is discovered under the basement floor of an abandoned building. During the investigation, the killer calls the headquarters, identifying himself as Toremi and demanding Toko Kisaragi as his exclusive negotiator. As Toremi taunts and ridicules the police force, he provides cryptic hints about the gruesome murder.
