Imaginary Cat is a heartwarming Korean drama based on the popular webcomic by Kim Gyung. As the first Korean television series to focus on the bond between humans and felines, it tells the story of Hyun Jong Hyun, played by Yoo Seung Ho. Jong Hyun is an aspiring webtoon writer who works part-time at a bookstore. Despite his dreams, his stubborn and self-centered personality creates constant obstacles in his life. Everything changes on a rainy day when he rescues a stray cat named Bok Gil. Both carrying their own emotional wounds, the two begin an unexpected cohabitation that leads to mutual healing. Uniquely told from both the human and the cat's perspectives, the drama reveals Bok Gil's amusing and insightful take on her owner's struggles.
