Set in Taipei 2010, the mystery drama Honey Pupu follows radio show hostess Vicky Peggy Tseng as she searches for her boyfriend, Dog Lee Tachi, who disappeared on New Year Day, leaving only photos behind. Her quest leads her to his chatroom, missing.coming, where she connects with several Datung High School students. Among them is Cola Chiu Shengyi, who loves the punky drummer Cheesebaby, also known as Money Lin Chenshi, much to the anger of her boyfriend Assassin Lin Posheng. As Vicky discovers another seeker named Cat looking for Dog, she tracks down Playing Nikki Hsieh, a woman known for dangerous games and links to missing men. Meanwhile, Cheesebaby and Cola access a floppy disk left by Dog using an old computer belonging to Cheesebaby's grandmother, revealing deep philosophical thoughts. Distraught over Cheesebaby's bond with Cola, the mentally unraveling Assassin falls into a dangerous relationship with Playing, intertwining their fates in this mysterious web of urban disconnect.
