In the middle of a white winter in Japan, a group of young men travels to the countryside to shoot a music video. They rent a house for their production, but they soon discover that the property is severely haunted. Dark secrets unfold as they encounter a terrifying pair of mother and child ghosts with pale faces. To make matters worse, a mysterious Thai woman floats around the house, looking sadly neither alive nor dead. As the supernatural occurrences escalate, the crew begins to suspect that this sorrowful spirit might actually be the legendary Snow Woman from Japanese folklore.
