The thriller Hate Story 3 begins with wealthy businessman Aditya Dewan and his wife Siya dedicating a hospital to Aditya's brother, Vikram. Their lives take a dark turn when a mysterious stranger, Saurav Singhania, approaches them. Saurav offers Aditya massive business profits in exchange for a night with Siya. Outraged, Aditya rejects the absurd proposal, prompting Saurav to launch a ruthless campaign to destroy Aditya’s empire. Saurav sabotages Aditya's company, manipulates his trusted employee Kaya in Malaysia, and eventually murders her to frame Aditya. To save her husband, Siya agrees to Saurav's demands, unaware of deep family secrets. It is revealed that Aditya actually betrayed Vikram for power. However, Saurav is secretly Karan, Vikram’s childhood friend, seeking ultimate vengeance for his handicapped friend. This intense battle of betrayal and obsession ends in a deadly confrontation, leaving Aditya and Siya dead, while Karan survives to ensure justice is served.
