Harmony is a touching human drama set within the confines of a female prison. The story revolves around Moon Ok, a former university music professor now on death row due to a crime triggered by severe domestic abuse. Behind bars, she crosses paths with Jeonghye, a young woman imprisoned for killing her physically abusive husband. While arrested, Jeonghye was pregnant and subsequently gave birth to her baby in prison. Eighteen months later, facing the heartbreaking reality that her child must be given up for adoption, Jeonghye proposes a desperate plan. To spend just one special day outside the prison walls with her baby, she decides to form a prison choir. Moon Ok steps up as the conductor, bringing her musical expertise to the group. Through their shared struggles, the inmates and prison officers are deeply moved by the beautiful music they create, healing hearts and finding hope through harmony.
