Happy Sisters is a gripping drama that follows the emotional journeys of two sisters, Yoon Ye Eun and Yoon Sang Eun, as they navigate love, betrayal, and survival. Yoon Ye Eun, played by Shim Yi Young, is a devoted housewife married for seven years to Lee Jin Sup, played by Kang Seo Joon. Despite facing constant difficulties from her demanding in-laws, she remains positive and hardworking. Just as her husband's business thrives and they move into a new house, her world is shattered when she discovers his affair.

Meanwhile, her single sister Yoon Sang Eun, played by Han Young, runs a struggling piano institute that has left her deeply in debt.
