Description:

Freeter Ie wo Kau SP follows Take Seiji one year after becoming a full-time employee at Oetsu Construction. While the Take family enjoys their new home, an unexpected visit from Sumiko's brother reveals that Seiji and Ayako's parents married despite strong family objections. Meanwhile, Manami returns to Tokyo from her Okayama internship, reuniting with Seiji. However, Manami's complicated relationship with her remarried mother, Sayuri, has left her cynical about marriage, a revelation that deeply shocks Seiji. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they find an abandoned kitty. After agreeing to care for it temporarily, the kitty stays at Sayuri's home. When the kitty suddenly falls ill while Manami is working, Seiji steps in to help. This small, helpless animal unexpectedly becomes the catalyst for healing, serving as a major turning point for both the Take family's dynamic and Manami's strained relationship with her mother.
